RETURNS
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery with a valid reason.
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted if the item meets the return conditions.
- Sale, discounted, offer and clearance items are not eligible for standard returns.
- Domestic return shipping is ₹99. Product photos may be required when initiating a return.
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds are processed after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection.
- Choose the original payment method or store credit with 10% additional value. Refund processing takes 5–7 days after approval.
- COD refunds can be issued through UPI, bank transfer or store credit. Original shipping is refundable where applicable.

EXCHANGES
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- One exchange is allowed per order.
- STYLN covers the shipping cost for an eligible exchange.
- Replacement is dispatched only after the returned item reaches STYLN and passes quality inspection.
Exchange Process
- Enter your name, email, phone number and Order ID in the Exchange Product form.
- Select the product you want to exchange.
- Choose a different available size or an eligible replacement product.
- Review the exchange details and submit your request.
- Our team will review the request and arrange the exchange process after approval.
- After the returned item passes quality inspection, the approved replacement will be dispatched.
